As the Official Healthcare Partner of Major League Soccer (MLS), Johnson & Johnson is sponsoring the Johnson & Johnson Care Run on Sunday, July 24th. The organization is bringing its expertise to the All-Star Game and fitness event to make a difference in the community. 100% of registration fees will be donated to a Johnson & Johnson charitable partner.
What makes this event so great? An international brand is partnering with one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. However, the target market changes each year, which allows for Johnson & Johnson to touch consumers in different markets and impact the communities at the same time. Johnson & Johnson can cover the market from a national perspective and make a positive impact in local communities throughout the season. In addition, fitness events are becoming ever more popular. With races such as Warrior Dash, Rock 'n' Roll Marathons, and Tough Mudder, fitness has become a prime opportunity to raise the necessary funds for charity.
